Returns and Exchanges

OUR RETURN POLICY

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we will gladly accept the return of items that are unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice  within 14 days of order delivery date. 

• All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved via portal above.
• Please note: Shipping fee of $7 will be deducted for returns.
• Please allow up to 7 days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.

 

 

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to make an exchange you may do so, as long as it is for the same item (at the same price) in a different size or color.

• All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved via portal above.
• We will provide you will a free return label for exchanges.
• Please allow up to 7 days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.
• Exchanged item(s) must be received within 14 days from the day the exchange is initiated online to avoid being charged.

 

EXCLUSIONS

The following items may not be returned or exchanged:

• Final Sale
• Items past 14 days from delivery date
• Items worn, damaged, washed, or tags removed.
